I had the pleasure of staying at the Leonardo Boutique Hotel in Krakow, and it was truly an exceptional experience! First and foremost, the location is fantastic—just a short distance from the beautiful Old City, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and exploring the charming streets of Krakow. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and designed with comfort in mind. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast—absolutely stunning! There was such a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that it felt more like a feast than a meal. It was the perfect way to start each day. Another standout feature is the wonderful staff, especially the young personnel working at the hotel. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. Their enthusiasm and warmth added a special touch to the overall experience. In summary, Leonardo Boutique Hotel Krakow exceeded all my expectations. Great location, spacious and comfortable rooms, a fantastic breakfast, and a team that truly cares about their guests. Highly recommended!

Hotel great location. Great bar. Very homely and comfy but small and only 1 member of staff serving if busy but they were great. The bar had snacks, light meals and coffee etc. Our room was on the small side but very comfortable as the bed was massive. The shower was very sensitive when the temperature could be very hot and cold but generally very good when you worked it out. The only issue was the room was very warm and we had to put the air conditioning on, I suppose it was Feb 😂. Great location only 10 minute walk to the start of most interesting points of the city. We walked to the Old town, Jewish quarter, Jewish ghetto and more. We even walked to pick up points for Auschwitz and the train station to get to the Salt Mines is a 15 minute walk. Great coffee shops and restaurants all around. You just need to look for them a bit harder in Krakow. Great place, great hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, quite central to everything. The Interior is very nice and they have a restaurant. The food in the restaurant is very good and they also have an outdoor area, doesn't catch the sun but is nice enough. I liked that they don't service your room everyday unless you ask, but housekeeping are often around if you need anything. The breakfast was OK, hot foods if you got there early for them to be hot. Was disappointed that every morning the croissant were very hard, when up at 7am they were lovely and soft. Maybe they could only put a few out at a time. The breakfast staff are very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is very well located for access to Krakow Old Town. Our room wasn't particularly spacious but we got by ok anyway with the two of us and our two big suitcases. Very clean and well appointed, well stocked in terms of the tea/coffee making facilities. Smooth efficient check in and very helpful staff. The hotel also has a bar and restaurant in the lobby which produced a delicious meal the night we ate there. Very walkable. The appearance of the hotel was also quite attractive, it had character and was not a bland chain hotel. We very much enjoyed staying here and would choose this hotel again if we returned to Krakow.

This hotel was in walking distance of the Jewish Quarter, the castle and the old town. It is right opposite a lovely park - we walked through here to get to the old town, but you can walk around the park if it is very dark and you don't want to walk through it. There is a small supermarket about a 5 min walk away - similar to Lidl. The outside patio was a nice place to chill in the evening, we met some lovely people out there. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The lifts were slightly dodgy with the noises they made, but we would 100% stay here again.
